1. Technical Writer
Candidate enters Technowrites in a position of Technical
Writer. Technical Writer works on numerous projects and
gets hands-on experience before taking senior position.
Typical time-frame for this position in around 1 to 2
years.
2.
Senior Technical Writer
After working on numerous projects for more than 1 or
2 years and taking hands-on experience, candidate becomes
Senior Technical Writer. In this position, candidate
starts actively taking part in project estimation and
handling small team of writers while working on-site
and or off-site.
3.
Documentation Projects Manager (DPM)
In this position the candidate starts managing projects
independently. Good management and leadership skills
are must for this postition. This involves project estimation,
planning, controlling, and so on. The candidate also
handles multiple projects. Typical experience level
for this position is more than 3 years. This position
gives candidates ample opportunities in taking numerous
responsibilities and grow. Candidate also starts guiding
the new candidates in technical writing career.
