for KASTLE is an integrated treasury management solution
covering several key markets such as Foreign Exchange,
Money Markets, Equity, and their related derivative instruments.
KASTLE is a treasury management system that provides the
organization with a sophisticated, multi-entity, multi-portfolio,
multi-dealing room environment supported by robust risk
management, back office management and MIS.

Challenges |

Treasury
Management is a challenging subject. Documenting the
product based on Treasury Management was more challenging.

Although
the product was in market, there was not enough documentation
available for the users. Hence it was challenging for
Technowrites to do the documentation from scratch in
a limited period of time.

Solution
Technowrites deputed a team of four technical writers
to work at the client's premises. These writers were interacted
with developer's team and subject matter experts. Writers
also studied the fundamentals related to treasury management.
In a period of 6 months, we prepared more than 3500 pages
of documentation.
We
also did following as a part of project:
1. Designed templates for the documentation
2. Formulated review process for the documentation
