Trina
Trina is one of the leading providers of 'e-learning solutions'
for the corporate, publishing, education and the government
sector. Trina specializes in offshore development of the
training material by transforming the unstructured raw content
into effective learning solutions.
Project
Trina was developing an e-learning course for one of their
client based in USA. The course was designed for the company's
sales executives. Technowrites was given the responsibility
to develop a storyboard for the various e-learning courses
designed by Trina.

on the inputs given by Trina, the team involved was responsible
to develop the storyboard for e-learning on:

Challenges |

While
developing the storyboard the team was required to understand
the subject. It was also required to understand the
target audience and accordingly edit the content provided.

For
making the courseware more interactive it was necessary
to make the use of suitable graphics. The team required
to search for graphics and instruct the graphic artist
about the animations required.

In
addition to the incorporation of the graphics, it was
also required to visualize the animations that would
synchronize with the audio. The team was required to
write notes to instruct the visual developer about these
animations.

In
Clinical Database System Management project, we had
to watch the WebEx session, hear the mentor’s narration,
note the points narrated and then develop the storyboard.

Understanding
the mentor’s accent and use of relevant screenshot
while developing the storyboard was a challenging task.

Solution
Technowrites worked on a prototype to increase the Trina's
comfort level. After getting approval on the prototype,
writers worked on the live projects with steep deadlines.
Our writing team's previous experience helped to complete

with graphic artists hence writing the notes in story boards
