Makarand (Mak) Pandit - one of India's leading trainers with more than 6000 hours of training experience. Mak is Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics and MBA in Marketing Management. Mak has got over 15 years experience in Technical Writing, with more than 300 successful projects. Mak started in 1994 as a freelancer (before earning the MBA degree) and went on to become director of four private limited companies. Mak is a first generation entrepreneur (no one in his family had business experience). Mak's business case was studied by student researchers of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai). Mak is also being profiled in a (soon to be published) book about unconventional entrepreneurs and careers.

In addition to his successful ventures in India, Mak also started (and continues to manage) companies in Singapore and USA.
